Don't you just love it? The Bush Administration continues to uphold it's perfect record of complete incompetence, disregard for constitutional law and utter stupidity!It seems our VP Who Can't Shoot Straight is hell-bent on the notion that the Vice-Presidency is not part of the Executive Branch but the legislative. Hmmmmm, that's not what they taught me in school. Was I lied to all these years?
Furthermore, Cheney seems to use this rather bizarre assertion to justify wanton secrecy and being uncooperative with those that need to know. Good lord, are these guys channeling Nixon or what?
